You'd think that the opposite of highbrow Shakespeare plays would produce something more real to life, but it doesn't.
TV soaps are an example of dumbed-down writing for the masses, and yet they too are filled with out of touch, mind-numbing nonsense.
Just another blitz of miserable, gloomy, hostile, ignorant, futile, immature, obnoxious, selfish time-wasters playing out their daily dirge.
None of them reflecting reality whatsoever.
The equivalent of broadcasting decades of a blank screen.
